Which towns/counties do you service?
Thanks to our wonderfully centralized location, Fort Hill Collision Services handles all of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, and New Hampshire.
What kinds of certifications does Fort Hill hold?
Fort Hill Collision Services is a Hyundai, Honda, and Toyota Certified Facility. This means that it does not cost you any more or any less to use our facility for your vehicle’s repairs.
What brands are you familiar with?
We are a preferred vendor for Hyundai, Nissan, Volvo, Infiniti, Kia, Alfa Romeo, “FCA Group” Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, and Ram.
Will you use aftermarket parts or OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts to repair my vehicle?
We actually PREFER to use original equipment manufactured (OEM) parts for all vehicle situations.
Should I make an appointment for just an estimate?
This is not necessary, however, it can make things easier for planning purposes.
Will you notify me if more work needs to be done than averaged?
During any stage of your vehicle’s development process, we will always communicate with the client frequently and effectively.
Will you notify me before you begin working on my vehicle?
Yes, we make sure to keep in constant contact with our clients.
Can I keep any old parts from my vehicle?
Yes of course, if you do wish too.
How long do collision repairs typically take?
This is of course all dependant on the client and their situation. We will make sure to keep in constant communication with all clients.
Will you take insurance as partial payment?
We work with all insurance companies, all private persons, and all institutions.
What kind of green initiatives does Fort Hill practice?
As an auto body repair shop, we try to stay as eco-friendly as possible. All equipment that we use has organically derived materials for your vehicles. We also use organically derived products for our office as well.
